Day 1 of The Shred Down....

....only 29 more to go... and I'm pooped. FI is in much worse shape...poor guy was sweating like crazy and can't move his legs, lol. I hope he sticks with it though, it will be good for both of us. Now for a big glass of vino for the both of us and a gallon of water. Have a good weekend ladies!

LOL...he was hesitant at first cause he doesn't like her at all, but he was all about it...even wanted to start before I was ready to. Now that we finished it though, lets see if he keeps doing it, he looks like he's in major pain.

Yay! I can relate to your FI. I was soo sore for the first 3 days I wanted to die. I could barely walk! But, I did it day 2 and day 3. I think that helped!

Congrats on getting the first few days of the shred down!!!  I started and then stopped because I came down with a wicked cold, so I am starting again today.  I'm pretty much sore every day, but you get used to it!!  Keep at it Gina!!

I was thinking of doing this as a jump start to getting ready for my son's marriage next year.  Sounds like it's kickin everyone's butts tho...I guess that's what I need unfortunately!
