What do you drink with brunch?

We're doing a brunch AHR and I'm confused as to what type of drink package to get. Neither FI nor I really drink, so please humor me and let me know what you would drink at a 2-3 hour long brunch.... anything and everything. (Just brunch and cake, no dancing or any of the usual reception type stuff.) TIA!

Mimosas, peach bellini's, & bloody mary's... gaw, I sound like an alcoholic!  You could also do some flavored coffee drink- Kahlua always goes good with coffee!

I firmly believe that brunch was created in order to drink mimosas. They are my faaaaaaavorite. And go easy on the orange juice!! ;-)

Love Bloody Marys. Make sure to have those too!! Btw, I'm doing an AHR brunch too, if you want to talk about it.

Definitely mimosas! Yum!  Bloody Mary's are also typical for brunch, and maybe an espresso martini?

Hibiscus (champagne with cranberry juice) because it's less acid than Mimosas....those are my favorite :-) I usually get champagne and buy both orange and cranberry juices to give more options.Bloody Mary...my dad's fave.White Russian (vodka, kahlua and milk...you can also add some cinnamon on top)...FI's favoriteScrewdrivers (vodka and orange juice) are also a good option...and if you are having the above drinks you will already have the orange juice and the vodka.

Mmmm I could totally go for a bloody mary right now.If you decide to have those, a bloody mary bar might be fun. Like a build-your-own kind of deal. Bellinis/Mimosas are pretty standard I think on brunch menus.

Bummer that work doesn't allow drinking on the job   I am totally craving a bloody mary or mimosa now.  Those two drinks get my vote!

Thanks, ladies!  So now my question is: how do I do this?  The restaurant includes tea, coffee, and juice with the brunch package.  Their only other options are beer/wine/soda, full open bar, soda only, or a host bar where we run a tab.  Which should I do?

Champagne and orange juice. That way your guests could have mimosas (mix of champagne and orange together), or drink either or seperately. Win-Win. Also, have some tea and a few types pop/soda there.
