First dress fitting

I'm going in for my first dress fitting today. I'm honestly not excited, when my dress came in I had to go in and try it on to make sure it was all ok and I really... (trying not to use the word hate) didn't like how it looked on me anymore - at all. But another dress isn't in the budget so I'm going to have to make this one work. I'm hoping with this fitting we can (1) get it to fit right, the lady who laced me up the last time did it WAY too tight, which is part of why I didn't like it. and (2) they tell me they can make it into a sweetheart neckline. Wish me luck!

Good luck Sarah! The way a corset back is laced really does make a huge difference!  When I saw the pics of my dress when I first tried it on, I saw how the back looked really bunchy, like it was going to rip apart over my hips!  When I picked it up, my weight had not changed at all, but the lady knew what she was doing and it looked fine.  I hope you end up loving it!

change of plans! My mom got sick pretty suddenly and I had to pick her up from where she was, so no dress fitting today. My appt was at 10am. Hpefully my mom feels better soon! lmy- I live right near Brea, and got my dress at Mary Me Bridal in Orange.
