This isn't long-but I am already crying! In a few days, I will be giving myself in marriage to Ray. But I know I couldn't not have planned a wedding without all of you wonderful ladies. I may not have posted alot, but each and every one of you have helped me. I stalked bios, I looked at all of your pictures (I have a must take list that ginmormous!), I welcomed all your vibes when I needed it, and so much more. When I first got engaged, it was bittersweet for me. I knew how I felt about Ray, but I also felt something missing. You see, my father passed away when I was 6, and then my mom passed away 3 years ago, and both were completely unexpected. I told Ray I didn;t even want a wedding ceremony-just go to the courthouse and be done with it. I just could fathom having a wedding without my parents. Ray was so patient with me, and never pressured me into anything. A few months after I got engaged, I went to Belize and the resort we stayed at had a wedding going on. I didn;t even know the couple-and I had tears in my eyes. (yes I am a total sap) A DW never even crossed my mind. I started researching, and came across this board. So, Ray also thanks you-I knew he wanted to have a ceremony in front of his family and friends. It is bc of you that we are getting married Friday.Thank you again from the bootom of my heart!
