Hi All,

I have actually been engaged about 2 months and have done a little of the planning. I am going to have a destination wedding in Florida - I am from Iowa so a beach wedding just sounded like the perfect option.

I am going through an online site where the planner is in Florida and will do everything. They have packages that include everything I need for that day. Has anyone else gone through an online site to work with a planner? What was your experience - good or bad?

But I am having a blast planning and if you have tips, I would appreciate it! Thanks!!

I ♥ beach weddings! My favorite part of my recent cruise wedding was our ceremony on the beach. AND... my arch! So glad we DIY'd it!

I'm using destinationsWeddings. com for my TA and the resort I'm getting marry at offer a WP in their packages. I love my TA and would totally recommend her. I haven't been in touch with the WP yet so I don't have anything to say about her/him.

Hi there and welcome!!! Sounds like we may be in the same boat!!! I'm from WI and having a FL DW 11/11/11 in Sarasota, FL. I'm working with "A Dream Wedding in Paradise" and they've been super helpful. So far I'm pleased with what they're providing me. I'm just searching now for a place to have a celebration after the ceremony because we're having a big AHR when we return. Good luck and let me know if there are any questions!!!
