I actually ordered the dress on eBay.

It was made in China and I LOVE it. The dress arrived in a teeny tiny box which totally freaked me out. But, it's gorgeously made.

The seller is: 2008-olympics

I think the dress is based off of a different dress, but I do not know who makes the original. I posted a couple pictures below of the details of the dress and the photo from ebay.

They have a sizing chart and can do custom measurements. It fits really well. I took my measurements and ordered the size that was closest. It needs slight alterations, but nothing major.
