We are trying to put together our welcome letter for our bags. I really wanted to do a big group dinner the night everyone gets there and a group lunch before we leave. FI is worried we're asking too much and people will just want to relax.
So here's my ideal schediule for when everyone else gets in...Is it rude or do you think it's fine?
Monday: Everyone comes in around noon. There's only an hour time change so minimal jet lag. Their welcome bags will be in their rooms. They can unpack and get settled in. I wanted to do a group dinner that evening, just to connect and have fun.
Tuesday: Totally open for guests. Matt and I are doing photos most of the day and want to lay out for a bit, maybe kayak. So everyone can find fun to do.
Wednesday: Guys' golf morning, Ladies' spa morning with lunches. Afternoon everyone gets ready. Early sunset ceremony followed by dinner and cake.
Thursday: I kind of would like if we could all do lunch and then everyone enjoy the rest of the day/evening however they want.
Everyone heads home Friday morning.
I am worried I overplanned now when this is also a vacation.
