Happy Tuesday! What’s on your agenda today for working out? Healthy eating? Went for a run this morning and did an arm workout and actually tried to push myself, so my arms were shaking afterwards. Haha. I still have a long ways to go until I have any remnants of strength in my arms, but at least I can do 15 push ups now!
Are you getting tempted by the holiday goodies that always show up this time of year? I haven’t yet… but I know next week will be bad (especially once I go home – and if we make sugar cookies, those are my weakness big time).
