Accountability

Happy Tuesday! What’s on your agenda today for working out? Healthy eating? Went for a run this morning and did an arm workout and actually tried to push myself, so my arms were shaking afterwards. Haha. I still have a long ways to go until I have any remnants of strength in my arms, but at least I can do 15 push ups now!

 

Are you getting tempted by the holiday goodies that always show up this time of year? I haven’t yet… but I know next week will be bad (especially once I go home – and if we make sugar cookies, those are my weakness big time).

  • 15 pushups = awesome! I just went for a quick walk during my break....holy cold! Breakfast~ honey nut Cheerios Lunch~ portabella mushroom sandwhich w mozz cheese and spinach and a cup of chicken noodle soup. Our work Christmas lunch was yest Dinner~ salad w chicken I'm going to the gym later Also and another walk during lunch. I usually walk 1 hour during work (breaks and lunch)!

  • 15 pushups? You should be proud of that! I've been doing P90X and when I started could barely do 2, now I can do 10...its gonna be a while before I hit 15. Today is plyometrics day...the hardest video by far IMHO. Beyond that, been cutting back on the carbs and eating more veg.

    Holiday cookies are also my weakness, but I make em small so I can eat a variety and not feel too terrible about it.

    Congrats on being able to do 15 pushups :)
    I think P90X looks great, been debating doing it for awhile but haven't gotten around to getting it!

  • I probbaly won't get a work-out in today because I have a long work day, but going to at least try to take ChiChi for a walk. I'm still doing good on Paleo and lost another pound.  I had you know what over the weekend and would normally gain at least 5 lbs in water and instead I lost. WT?!
  • Went on Women's Health online after Lindsay recommended it yesterday, they have an 'Online Personal Trainer' section that is AWESOME!
