Only two weeks left...

until the cabins on the cruise must be paid in full. Holy Moly, I really cant believe in 14 days I will have the final guest list for our wedding cruise. Now if only I knew when we are actually getting married.. Haha

 Out of the 27 cabins booked only 13 are paid in full. That leaves more than half whos cabins will be cancelled if they are not paid by the 20th. Its starting to stress me out a little bit because also on the 20th of this month we have to turn in a list of our wedding guests and pay for the reception in full. So if anyone doesnt make the deadline they will be left out of our wedding.

Last week I sent out an email to everyone reminding them of the deadline and have no responses. Do you think I should start making calls? I just dont want to bug everyone to much but I dont want to let anyone slip through the cracks.

    Wow Marci!!!  I know what you mean!  The 31st of December was the absolute last day for guests to book utilizing the awesome group rate we got.  Now, the cost jumped up $80 plus taxes and fees.  AND, we have about 4 people who say they're booking ~ our cut off for the cruise to be paid in full by all parties is Feb. 15th.  And that means NOBODY can book the cruise period!

    I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you girlie!

    If you just e-mailed them I would wait until next week to call. That way it gives them some time to get back to normal after the holidays. GL!

    I am apparently a huge PIA about my guests as a friend so cautiously pointed out to me recently.  He said "my fridge looks like a shrine to you two".  I had sent the Save the date, the brochure and then the invite..and I also sent out little "touching base, this cool thing just got planned" emails to everyone that is going about every two months.  I wanted to stay in front of pp but apprently I am an annoying bride..soo...I am no help here. I will probably just let people not book and if they don't..oh well!  It's not like I didn't tell them!!  Ugh..
