OOT Bag Idea Help!!!

I am getting married on a cruise ship, so from the information I have gotten I will be unable to bring them on the ship because I would like to put a bottle of wine in every bag. Any ideas how I can get them to the guests that will be cruising? Or I can have the ship put them in their cabins? I am guessing that most guests will be staying in a hotel the night before? How do you get them their bags? do you have them left in their rooms? And last question....... Any ideas of things to put in them?

I am getting married on a cruise ship and with Carnival I was able to use our group points to have a bottle of white wine and a red for each cabin. They are going to be delivered with our OOT bags from Carnival the first night of the cruise.

I am getting married on a carnival ship and also doing OOT bags.  I was originally going to have them in the cabins when they arrived, carnival said they would charge $1.00 per bag, but we are all flying in two days before the cruise and staying at the same hotel so I'm having them put in their hotel room instead.  As for the bottle of wine, I would check with Carnival about that, you may be able to have them put in their cabins but you would have to purchase them from them.
