Hi ladies -- happy Thursday!! What's on your agenda for exercise and eating today? I had a seven mile run this morning followed by a brief ab workout. Breakfast was Kashi cereal, lunch is mac 'n cheese and dinner will be chicken nuggets and fries.
Definitely not the healthiest eating today... but I've decided that starting today, I'm not going to drink anymore soda... wish me luck! Do you drink soda?
