Hi ladies -- happy Thursday!! What's on your agenda for exercise and eating today? I had a seven mile run this morning followed by a brief ab workout. Breakfast was Kashi cereal, lunch is mac 'n cheese and dinner will be chicken nuggets and fries. 

Definitely not the healthiest eating today... but I've decided that starting today, I'm not going to drink anymore soda... wish me luck! Do you drink soda?

  • Hi!  Even though I haven't been on in awhile I've been eating pretty good but working out...not so much. =(  I'm thinking about doing some Zumba tonight with my xbox to get me back in the swing of things.

    I drink pop once or twice a week, usually on the weekend with our Friday night pizza and leftovers, lol.  But FI drinks it ALL the time!  Good luck with cutting back =)

  • Hey guys, so today is likely not going to be much, home sick today. I think we're finally getting to the route of what's making me sick though, so that's a start!

    I do drink pop occasionlly, maybe a couple times/week but I only drink diet when I do, I don't like the taste of the sugary kinds.
  • I did the treadmill last night.  Before I went to the gym, I saw the doctor and will be starting a program on Monday under his supervision. I'm going to do a seperate post on it and see if anyone wants to do it with me.  It's a big challege! Plan on going to the gym tonight, but not sure what I'm going to do, yet.

    Yesterday's food:
    Breakfast- Biscuit with scrambled eggs, veggie sausage and potato
    Lunch- Taco salad, yogurt
    Dinner- Butternut squash risotto, salad and Brussel spouts with veggie sausage and onion.
