Hi ladies! Happy Monday! Today was a rough morning to wake up… anyone else??
What’s on the agenda for working out/eating today? I went for a five mile run this morning, which felt good since I haven’t ran since last Thursday. We skied all weekend and surprisingly, my legs aren’t sore! Yesterday we had a continental breakfast at the hotel, hot dogs for lunch and tortellini/sauce for dinner.
