Hi ladies! Happy Monday! Today was a rough morning to wake up… anyone else??

 

What’s on the agenda for working out/eating today? I went for a five mile run this morning, which felt good since I haven’t ran since last Thursday. We skied all weekend and surprisingly, my legs aren’t sore! Yesterday we had a continental breakfast at the hotel, hot dogs for lunch and tortellini/sauce for dinner.

  • Good morning!

    I had a good weekend!  I worked out on Friday to one of the new Les Mills Pump DVDs and it was great!  I did Cardio on Satruday.  I wanted to work out yesterday but was too busy...I didn't get a lot of walking in.

    today I'm planning on a run during lunch and another Les Mills workout in the evening.

    I had a Shakeology shake for breakfast,
    and will have a yogurt for snack,  A shake and one stuffed pepper for lunch. Cottage cheese for my afternoon snack and Chicken and Spinach for dinner.

    I hope eveyone has a healthy day!

    Anniversary
  • Morning ladies! I went to the gym Friday and Saturday but skipped yesterday. I went for a shellac manicure, grocery shopping, then made homemade meatballs and by the time that was done the gym was closed. Their hours are dumb on Sunday's 1-7. I'd rather go in the morning. Breakfast\lunch~ salad w chicken Dinner~ w w pasta and meatballs. Used 85% meat. Snack was a couple m&ms
