Yesterday the only working out I did was the 30 day challenge, but that's Day 2! How did you guys do on the workout front? Anyone feeling the burn today?
Breakfast - Blueberry muffin
Lunch - Leftovers (pasta with homemade tomato sauce and chicken)
Dinner - Chicken sandwich
