It took going to the right place (3rd time's the charm!) for the shellac to work for me the way it's supposed to!
Today is day 9 and while there's obvious growth (and I filed them down and shaped them up) they haven't chipped or cracked or anything!
I love that the photo flipped... whatever.
Seriously though, this stuff is amazing and it really did take going to the right place. I got it done at a fancy schmancy spa/salon near me instead of the regular corner nail salon and they actually followed the proper shellac procedure (which the other place did NOT) and had the CND brand light. It was $4 more there, but $4 isn't going to kill me, and it's well worth it for the stuff to last the way it's supposed to.
Anyway, I'm a believer! (Thanks Sarah and Christi!)
I also took my mom to get her first Shellac on Saturday and she's a believer too
