Planning Trip... advice?

Hi Girls... so we are going down to Key West for our planning trip next month and I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row.  Please let me know if you think there's something that I MUST do while we're down there that isn't on this list!   Photog isn't on here b/c they're based out of St. Louis.... sucks!

-Meet w/ my day of coordinator to get a detailed checklist together of everything else I have to do (aka - stress me the ^&%$ out!!!!)
-Hair Trial
-Menu tasting at reception venue
-Meet w/ florist
-Meet w/ coordinator at Welcome Party venue to finalize menu for that
-Meet w/ DJ and Videographer (they're husband/wife team)

Anything else y'all can think of that you did/plan on doing??  Any advice is appreciated.

Oh Cathy, if this was facebook I would so "like" that comment!!!   Wish we had time for that... but this trip is a quickie - arrive Mon at 12PM and leave Wed at 1PM.  Barely 2 days so we will be running around like crazy!

Is there any other places you are recommending to quests or doing other events at that you'd like to check-out? That's something we are doing on our planning trip. Also next month!!!!!

Yay Kimmy!!!  Even though we're going down for "business"... it can NOT come fast enough.  I'm sure you feel the same!

if you hav etime for sightseeing go to the Hemmingway house, butterfly museum, and Duval St. for a few drinks
