Question I should already know the answer to...

I am trying to write our ceremony out with all the details, and I cannot figure out the order that people should enter the ceremony in.  We have the following people who need to get into their places:

-My mom
-His mom
-FI
-Best Man
-Maid of Honor
-Me (and possibly my dad if I choose to have him walk me)

So, what order should they go, and does anybody else walk together?  Also, should anyone else participate in this special entry (like his dad)?  Sorry if this is stupid question.

Also, if we are writing our own vows, who says theirs first (me or FI)?

FI and Best Man are usually at the alter/ceremony site when guests begin arriving. 
Then, I believe (and maybe not right here), that the procession would be FI's Mom, Your Mom, MOH,  You!   I think the groom does his vows first.

I'm interested to hear what others say.

With regard to vows, what I've seen and what I've read, the groom usually goes first.  That's how we did it as well.
