How was everyone's Thanksgiving? Any fun stories to share of unique ways you incorporated getting a workout in?
Yesterday I modified the 30 day challenge, as my knee was still really bothering me, so I substituted the exercises that would bother my knee for my ab and arm workouts.
Breakfast - Chocolate chip muffin (needed to fill my chocolate craving lol)
Lunch - Chicken wraps
Dinner - We made our own subs with turkey, lettuce, tomoatos & cheese
