Almost have it right

You link doesn't take you to the page... you must have a space or soemthing and then the TARGET=_blank" is under your ticker

Only 1 more llittle kink to work out and then you are good... You ticker shows up tho

I noticed on yours there was & quot and I was missing that so lets try this

No space before the quotation mark, but space after it before the TARGET

heres a tip... with the pic you have to use a photoshare site i use photobucket its easier to crop the pics and whatnot... then you have to right click and go to "properties" that is what you will put in for the tinyurl and you should be perfect!!

If you get a pic offline just get the property and turn it into your tinyurl.... go ahead and try while I'm here to help!
