Why is it that EVERY weekend my FI & I have parties to attend that have a bunch of awesome food & alcohol. I really need to lose this 20 pounds but it seems SO impossible. We are very social people and love going out with friends. But every time I go I feel like it is impossible to stick to my diet. I am so good during the week because we make our own lunches and dinners. But the weekends not so much. I would hate to turn down outings...but my willpower is just not up for it !
Any advice ???????????
