I am just wondering- how far in advance can you actually plan? We are thinking Nov/Dec 2012 and I can't even get pricing that far ahead so I am wondering when it is even feasible to pick a destination and get in contact with a TA? I don't want to get going too soon, but I don't want to sit on my booty when I could be planning either
