Thinking of buying these for my female guests. Anybody have a recommendation for  a vendor, decent quality and not too expensive?

If you know anyone who lives in NYC, you can buy these from street vendors for really cheap. All different colors.

So I am way late but while I was at JcPenny's on Sunday they had a display of pashmina's for $9.99 still a bit, but maybe worth looking into!
