RSVP's....

So, our RSVP deadline is March 1st, and we still have 56 outstanding!!!!  I will admit, several of them have already verbally told us yes or no, but how hard is it to send in a pre-stamped envelope?!  LOL!  There are definitely about 20(+/-) that are still completely up in the air.  I hope they start pouring in in the next 2 weeks!  Anyone else have similar experiences?

As a invitee, for some reason if I don't send it back the day I get it I always forget until the last minute. Idk what my prob is! Lol

I have to admit that I do the same!  If I do not send it the day I get it, it sits on the counter and then I always remember to send it right at the last minute.  I know it is bad, but it always happens! 
So, I bet that you get lots in the next week or so!

Ok, y'all are making me feel better haha!!!    I'm just predicting drama, but hopefully I'm over-thinking the situation!  Hehe!

I agree with PPs, I'm totally the same! If I get it done immediately upon getting it I'm great, but if I wait then its going out last min lol

Maye you could send a reminder e-mail or text or something? That would annoy me too lol

I confess i am a last minute RSVPer. If I do not send it right away I forget about it until the deadline. Oops !

I actually said this to a friend "A verbal yes is not an RSVP.  I did all the work, you just have to put it in the mail."

I feel your pain!

Our deadline is March 5 and I have about 150ish individuals still outstanding - although this includes "and guest" as well as children.  A number of those we have verbal replies on at least. 

Our hotel rate expires soon though so I sent out a reminder of this through our website and included our RSVP date in the reminder as well... and we got two more verbals after the email reminder!

But I'll admit like the PPs I have usually been a do it immediately or do it at the deadline kinda person.  But after planning my own wedding... I'll definitely respond immediately whenever I can!
