CHALLENGES for the Week of Wednesday, July 7th thru Tuesday, July 13th
#1) No fast food (i.e. McDonalds, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, In n Out Burgers, etc.) for the entire week;
#2) Walk for a minimum of 30 minutes every day or evening for at least 5 days of the week;
#3) If you're a Soda drinker, limit the amount you drink to just ONE a dayNow, please know that you all have been given access to post on the Blog, so please post daily or however you'd like ~ give everyone motivation, tell us how you're coming along with your work outs, or just vent if needed.
