Destination Wedding Itinerary

I am designing a destination wedding itinerary so guests know about our girl's night out and guys night out the night before the wedding, the time to be at the wedding, reception time, and what we are doing after the reception.  I know for sure I want to include this with the gift bags I will be giving to everyone after they arrive.  Should I also include one in their invitation??  I thought it might be a good idea just incase someone gets in late and I don't get their gift bags to them before the festivities start.  It might also help them plan for what day and time they want to get into Vegas.  Would this be an overkill to put it in both??

If you're going to put them in the invitations then I wouldn't include them in the bags.  Not that it would be overkill but I think just giving it to them once would be enough.

I think both is good because people may forget to print it to bring with them and it might help them to decide what they want to wear and what time they want to get there.  I think the one in the invitation could be abbreviated though.  Good luck.
