Sorry I just saw that you asked how much I paid for my invitations from that etsy seller in a previous thread.
Mine were a little more b/c I got the booklet style, but she has a huge range of prices. I paid about $6/each - but, I got free shipping and a $50 credit towards coordinating stationary. Plus, the reason I did the booklet is so that I could also use it as an invite to my Welcome Party... had I sent out separate invites + postage for the Welcome Party, I would have spent WAY more! Sorry, I just rent on a rant to justify my purchase to myself hahahah!!!
This is what mine look like from the front - and each layer is like a separate invite (I'll post pics later if you want). Then on the reply card, there's a space to check if you will be attending the WP as well... Then in the back there are little slits where the return envelope is.
