I'm posting for Lora today since she's not around.

What's on tap for everyone's workouts today?  Do you have your meals planned?  Please share so we can motivate eachother! :)

  • I'm expecting to receive my beachbody Les Mills Pump set today! I hope it comes in because i'm soooo anxious to do one of the workouts!  If it comes in today I will be doing one of those today.  If not then I will be doing a TurboFire cardio or HITT class.

    For Breakfast I had a chocolate Shakeology shake
    For snack 1: lean oatmeal
    Lunch: another shake with a plum and carrots
    For snack 2: lowfat cottage cheese single cup
    For dinner: I'm having left over stuffed peppers since FI won't be home. (I hate cooking when it's just for me)

  • Today we are planning to hit up the gym again.  If we do, we will have been to the gym 5 times since Sunday!!  The workout plan is legs, abs and cardio.

    B: Oatmeal - The original plain kind :(
    Morning Snack: 1/2 grapefruit
    L: Salad with grilled chicken
    Afternoon Snack: 1 oz almonds
    D: Eggs
    After workout snack: protien shake.

  • Thanks Jen!!  I am realizing that I don't have until October to lose weight, I have until like July because of dress fittings!!  You seem to be doing well too.  Let us know how Les Mills is.

  • Hey all...I just started a "workout" and healthy eating routine a few weeks ago but I feel great!

    I won't share what FI and I are having for dinner since this is our night to "splurge" on something "bad" for us lol!!

    Everyday when I wake up I work on my abs by doing good ol' fashioned crunches.  I also stretch, do some squats and pushups!  I hope to add more moves to my routine :-)

    Venus090- how are those shakeology shakes?  I am trying to think of something for FI since he barely eats breakfast and lunch because he is always on the go!  When he has a chance to buy lunch it is healthy, but it's not everyday...he needs to eat!

  • I love them!  BUT I also love everything beachbody. 

    for me the shakes are perfect for breakfast becaue they are fast and easy to make.  Depending on how/what you mix them with will change the flavor.

    I typically use the Chocolate flavor shake with banana or Cherries and unsweetened almond milk and tons of ice.  It's not a normal meal replacement shake because it's actually really good for you.  It has protein, lower on the carbs, and tons of vitamins and minerals.  I used to drink them regularly and it helped me lose weight but also have great skin, hair and high energy.  My FI doesn't like it too much, because he says it tastes too much like a protein shake.  For some it is an aquired taste though.

  • Hmmmmm, those shakes sound good. I'm looking for something other than the carbs I end up eating. breakfast~ bagel thins Lunch~green giant mixed veggie steamers Dinner~salad w chicken I didn't get to the gym because I went to visit my nephew but going today.
