Ok, so I just wanted to point out how much I LOVE my new job lol
Its the stupid little things.... the taking time to ask how we're doing, telling us they think we're doing great, asking (and caring to hear the answer) about our day outside of work... those are the makings for a great boss (which I definitely have now).
Today the head head boss (the guy who started the company) brought flowers for all female employees for Valentines Day. I have NEVER had a company give us something for that lol
I did have my moments of 'did I make the right choice' but the more time I spend here the more I am sure that I did
