Tears of Joy packets are little packets of tissue giving out to guests to use during the ceremony or any other time during the day when tears well up and tissue is needed. Since we are doing Old Hawaii for our theme, I though vintage handkerchiefs with tropical flowers on them would be better for us. I've attached a few pictures I've collected to give you an idea.
