Are you ladies doing photos before or after the ceremony? Or both? Here's my dilemma - I DO NOT want FI to see me before the ceremony. I've read pros/cons of both sides but it's just something I want to go very traditional with. That said I'm wanting to do all our pictures after.
The problem is we have to be out of the church by 3:30 that day since they have an evening service. I'm thinking I will come up with a super detailed list of who I want in specific family photos and plan for 30 minutes for those at the church after the ceremony. Then WP will head to an outdoor location near our venue to take some formal and fun WP pictures. I'm thinking 45 minutes to an hour for that.
Do you think that sounds do-able? I'm nervous about only leaving 30 minutes for family photos at the church, but I really don't want to make guests wait more than an hour and a half for the WP to arrive to the reception. And neither one of us have super big families. Or maybe spilt it 50/50 (45 min at the church and 45 outside?)
I'm thinking our ceremony will be 45 min-1 hr and then I'm figuring 30 minutes for us to do the recieving line, circle the block and get back into the church for family pics.
The amount of time we need for family pics will determine our ceremony time and I'm really wanting that to get figured out soon. We're thinking a 1 or 1:30 p.m. ceremony.
