How is everyone doing?
Scale is up, but I blame TOM.
I have an April goal. I will work out at least 3 times a week. If I do that for 4 week, I'm getting a massage as a reward! I also plan to run another 5K 21 Apr for the Ronald McDonald House. Goal for that is no walking!
I ran Monday, but I just felt stiff and walked some of the 1.4 miles. I might run tonight if not, tomorrow. I did some major yardward last night raking up straw. If anyone needs a good arm work out for wedding, RAKE! HOLY MOLY I'm sore today.
