Are you having your fiance's ring engraved?

...I can't decide if I should do it, or what it should read. Anyone doing this and care to share?

I am not, I would like to but I was told that Tungsten has to be laser engraved.  Unfortunately we bought the ring out of the area and none of our local jewlers offer that service.

We probably will, though I'm not sure with what.  Probably just our wedding date.  I think mine will be too.  He engraved my E-ring with "Good night kisses forever".

We did because it was included in the cost of the ring. Mine can't be engraved because they can't engrave where there are diamonds.

His says "Today, tomorrow, and forever in love. 10.27.12"

I had his engraved, but he doesn't know what it says yet It says "Love Always -S"

No. Neither Fi and or I are realy big on the idea. Actually, I think he would refuse if I even brought up the idea.

We are not....originally we were just looking at bands...but then....well you know....I love the ring store!  We ended up going with a hammered gold on his...really nice and then a wrap for me...I have a smaller sized diamond princess cut engagement ring and the wrap will add two more diamonds (one on each side) so I will be loosing my ring about a month before the wedding because he wants to take it in to have them sodered together....love the idea.  PLUS...I have lost about 40 lbs since the engagement ring was given to me so I currently have a spacer on it and he is going to have it sized down when its taken in to be sodered.....I'm so excited!!!

His is tungsten size 13 9mm. His was engraved with "My best friend 10-20-12 my kinda crazy".

I love my fiance, he is wonderful.... but he looses EVERYTHING. I did engrave his ring.... with MY phone number, so if it ever gets lost......
