Groomsmen and Best Man tux rental

Hubbster-to-be is registered at Savvii Formalwear ))))))  Fitting on Tuesday, just to see if he likes the tails or not, and if not, we have time to pick out the style and such.

Question:  How soon are you having your Groomsmen/Best Man go in for fitting?  My rep at Savvii said no later than 4 weeks before the wedding, so I planned on telling our guys to go before September 21, Just In Case something happens.

So how soon are you guys going?

The place we are going through gave us this little nugget of info (and lots of help).  Their deadline is 4 weeks before the wedding, but since most people tend to put things off and forget things, tell the boys 8 weeks before so that if they haven't been fitted, then you have time to get their butts in there.  She also told us that its never too soon to have them come in to be fitted and that once they're done, you don't have to worry about it.  My finace is fitted and all that good stuff, we have the tuxes picked out and we told the guys to go in as soon as they can.  One less thing for me to have to keep track of.
If you have any kids that need tuxes, they said about 30 days is a good time frame since they grown so fast.

Our son will be almost 3 when it's wedding time, so I'm just gonna buy him a suit from the mall.... Ty for the info, our guys in the WP are total slackers, so I will tell them to go in extra early!

That sounds right. I would probably have them go in more like six to eight weeks before though, just in case. We aren't renting though. FI wants to buy a suit and his best man will probably just wear khakis and a shirt.
