    We rent a 3 story townhouse  (garrage on 1st floor, living room/dining area/kitchen on 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor).  We'll continue to rent until I'm finished with grad school and are settled in our future city for at least a year (we don't plan to stay in Rochester once I finish my Ph.D.).

    FI owns and I moved out here back in October after I was accepted for my job transfer closer to him. We were living two hours apart for the last 5+ years.  Its a nice cozy home out in the countryside about 20 miles from the closest city, I absolutely love it out here!
