Woo, excited, I lost 13 lbs (or more) since Jan 9! Started a new job, which is much more physical than my last job, and would you look at that... Also, using MyFitnessPal app on my phone to help with calories, I have noticed a big difference with using that. I think that knowing how many calories I have eaten vs how many I can still eat has somehow convinced my brain that I don't need to eat as much.
