We booked our baker over the weekend!  We're going with Sweet Endings Bakeshop in Jamesville, NY and they are delicious!!  We decided on mini and large cupcakes on a square tower.  My FI and mom wanted to have a cutting cake still so we're doing a small two tier cake on the top (only like 8") for cutting and the top layer to save.  So excited! 

Our e flavors:
     mini:
red velvet
chocolate raspberry
key lime
hello elvis (chocolate chip, banana, peanut butter)
apple spice

     large:
german chocolate
vanilla bean
peanut butter chocolate

So excited!  This is similar to what ours will be like, only square...
