Flowergirl Dress

I need help with the flowergirl dress.  Are y'all picking the dress out or letting the mom of the flowergirl pick it out and then approve it by you?  Are y'all doing white, different colors, tutus??  What is a good website to look at?

    My FG will be my neice and she will be 15 months at the wedding. Her dress is ivory with a scarlet sash. My mom paid for the dress and shoes for her.
