T minus less then 200 days and I feel so far behind... I'm planning on keeping this simple, but I've got a venue (our church, for the ceramony & reception) a date (10/20/12)... and a rough theme "Sweet and Simple"... and right now that feels like about it. I have to be fair on myself, as I work a stressfull job and we've done a lot of "life" planning, but this is still crazy.
The hardest part is that I know I'm getting to the point that I NEED to go dress shopping and I'm not looking forward to it. About four years ago I moved away from my family in Oregon to Michigan for a job and now the love of my life. As much as I stay in touch with my family back west, it is difficult because my mom and my sister can't be as involved as they would have otherwise been, and that includes the dress shopping and that make me sad. I'm going to ask my wonderful local FMIL (yes I'll have two of them) if she will go shopping with me and I know she will say yes... still it is hard. Any ideas on how to make this easier?
