Recently we picked up our license, confirmed wedding night and honeymoon reservations, confirmed the date with all vendors, and I got most of my card box done last night. I ran out of double-sided tape, so two sides aren't done (very annoying).
Also, I got a really fantastic wedding gift from karma, the job I was offered a few weeks ago with a salary that was too low got back to me with a better offer that I accepted, YAY!!! This Friday is my last day at my current job, I've got two weeks off for wedding and honeymoon bliss (YAY!!), and then I start a brand new job with a brand new company and brand new people.
In some ways it has added more stress to my life, but it's also taken away quite a bit of bad stress related to my current job, so I call it a win!
It doesn't have to be perfect to be everything I want!
