I got my wedding band! yay yay yay. FI found something he thinks he likes but it was his first time with jewelry so he has to get used to it and talk to the other men about it first . We also signed up for a cake tasting at the end of the month. We are totally going with this place we just have to decide what kind of cake to have.

The rings were a hard part for us...especially since my FI too had never dealt with jewelry, especially a ring before.

He really surprised me, he picked out both my wedding band and his. And his has diamonds in it! I was sure he'd pick something simple but none of them were exciting to him.  I know wearing it will be the hardest challenge though.

Congrats!! The rings are exciting. Mine came with the e-ring as a set. FI was so excited and went a little crazy looking at his options. He's also a jewelry first timer and was drawn in by diamonds and black and gold and white gold. (For a while he wanted a black band with diamonds. For my very low-key FI I was a little shocked)

 It was easier for him when I told him that he had to wear it forever. He picked a plain yellow gold band, a lot like my dad's, his dad's, his grandpa's, etc.
