So after FI got home last night and I told him my problem, he helped me solve our STD struggle. He said instead of using regular cardstock I should use photo paper (which I have on hand) to print the STD's on. So tonight when I got home from work I printed them out and they look just like I pictured in my mind. He was such a lifesaver and I am so glad that they are now printed, magnetized, sealed and ready to mail. Yay! Here is a pic:
