MOB dress....

So my mom got a dress at ross, and IMO was not 'enough' for me. I wanted both mothers to look special, not just ordinary...  so this is the dress she got... its a bad cell phone pic my brother sent to me.




So I told her my feelings on it and then went on macys to see what I could find. Well I found this dress and though  it was nicer with out being too 'fancy'

That's very pretty. Macy's has great MOB dresses.

If your mom doesn't want to go that fancy or spend a lot....simple long, black dresses look very elegant and classy.  My mother went all out on a custom gown, but DH's mom wore a very simple off-the-rack black dress and looked fabulous.

I am going to be 100% honest.

I don't love the detail that starts at her crotch and goes down her legs.

Yea I didn't want her to spend a shitton of money, its pointless. I dont think she wanted to get a black dress though. I hope this works out so she doesnt have to worry about it.  I feel bad cuz she cant just go out on her own because of her disability.

18 or 20? idk. I ordered both sizes online. We will see how it looks

I think its very pretty... I didnt even look at the crotch to leg detail lol...I mean I did but not like that.

Amer just is obsessed with crotches haha.

I really really like the detail, I am obsessed with swirls, so mommy will fit right in with my wedding with those    I am excited about it and really hope this works out for her.

There is an outlet store for MOB dresses near Lansdale, only open on the Friday, Sat, Sun.  I'll ask my mom the name they have plus (mom) sizes.  

I agree with Cara though a simple elegant black dress with great jewelry would be fantastic!
