The Pros for DJ/Photo/Video

I'm kind of doing Day-of-coordination as a favor for a friend's daughter in a few weeks. I had no involvement in picking any of the vendors, and they've decided to go with The Pros for all three of their services. I can't remember why I didn't use them for my own wedding 4 years ago. It's only 11 days to the wedding and they haven't made final contact yet - not even to arrange final payment, so I'm a little worried. Any experiences/tips for working with them?

    My co-worker used them last summer and liked them (photography and dj).  I've read some reviews..the majority were good....it was like 4.2/5 after 200 something reviews.  I'm interested to see what others say because I'm considering them too!!!

    We used them years ago for DJing and they did pretty well.  I am surprised that they have not heard from them yet, they have already sent in the deposit?

    My friend used them for her DJ and the guy got drunk off the wine at their wedding, got everyone's name wrong, and played all the music they specifically said not to play.
