Why do delivery/service/technicians always give you a HUGE window of time when they might arrive? 9am-1pm... Really? I have work a$$holes. Why is it impossible for you to schedule stuff like normal businesses do? I hope our building's elevator is occupied so you have to carry my couch up 2 flights of stairs!
