Anne Arundel/Calvert/St. Mary's/Charles County Wedding Cemony and/or reception on the water

Does anyone have any suggestions for a waterview ceremony and reception place on the bay in those counties? I have looked at Herrington on the Bay and Chesapeake Beach and loved them but they are a little over budget.... please help....thanks!
