Sarno & Sons which is located in Hannelores (don't hold that against them!) was great. I was a little worried since I'd heard Hannelores had horrible service, but turns out Sarno & Sons is separate and just basically has space within Hannelore's store. I worked with Jim and a british woman (love the accent) who's name I'm forgetting and they were super helpful. The had a good selection of tuxes, shoes, shirts, vests and ties. They let us pick and try on something horrible so we could realize for ourselves that it was horrible while swiftly bringing over something that was totally better. Listen to Jim he has great style. The FI looked so dreamy after Jim was done. So all I can say is for those trying to avoid Men's Warehouse don't be afraid to walk swiftly past the Hannelore's front desk in to the Sarno & Sons section.
