Georgia-Atlanta

not all inclusive venues~

Wanting to get married in Atlanta. I want to bring my own caterer and liquior and bartenders. Don't mind getting hitched on a  friday or Sunday looking to have about 150 people. Moved here only a month ago and having a hard time!

I was in search of the same thing, so I know that's a formula that's hard to find. Here are a few that I considered when looking: :

    www.ktnballroom.com
    Wimbush Mansion
    Fulton County Atrium

The Solarium, Roswell River Landing, Huntcliff Club (though I think they may have preferred caterers)

    good luck.

We got married at Roswell River Landing in April. It was gorgeous. I wanted to bring in all my own vendors and it was the only place I found that was reasonably priced.

If you want to see pictures, my wedding is in The Knot Georgia magazine that's on newstands now.

    I loved that place!

    Hi,
I didn't know if you already had a caterer in mind and a wedding planner.  I have plenty of resources and vendors I can recommend.
Let me know if I can help!

Sincerely, (a knottie member, married on Sept. 20, 2009)

try Ambientplusstudios.com - that place transforms beautifully!  You can have the wedding and reception there or just the reception.  And it's not expensive.

I would love the help. All my family and girl freinds are in Indiana. I'm relying mostly on web sites, pictures, and recomonedations. I think we are going to book http://www.dekalbhistory.org/

I need all the women help I can get. My hubby to be is doing great, but it's so nice to have a girl to chat to and bounce ideas of.

I want to use Red a the main color, and not sure of the second color yet. I want an afforable caterer, and not even sure I want any food besides heavy appitizers.  Thanks in advance for all recommendation!

I would try The Vines Mansion in Loganville. It's just out Sugarloaf Pkwy off 85 North, you can bring your own vendors and I've heard they are really nice to work with! It is a beautiful place and not very expensive! How great is that?! I only have a florist so far, but she is great!
