I was browsing through the internet to gather some information for my wedding and I ran into a venue called Vecoma. Does anyone know any information about their 11-11-11 wedding special? I'm on a tight budget any help would be appreciated!

What do you want to know about their wedding special? Read the FINE print!  It's $111 - sure!  But it's also $11 per guest to attend, $11 per chair to rent if people want to sit, no food or drinks other than champagne...at $11 per flute.  Wedding cake is $111.  No minister is included.  If you plan on even having 20 people come, plan on tacking on an additional $220 for chairs, $111 for cake, $200 for minister...$642 for a wedding with you and 20 people at a set time (that's for the "Nook Ceremony.")  The "Group Ceremony" is you and 100 of your closest friends (aka strangers.)

(No mini separate ceremonies in lodge) * Vecoma will open for this event at 10:15 and close at 12:30. You can take photos anytime during this period. * No food or beverages are to be brought on the grounds or building or forest.

Is your date 11-11-11?  I'm getting married on 11-19 and when we were booking our site, people had told us (and this was last year) that 11-11 was sold out years ago. 

Also, the prices are very inflated for 11-11-11.  Are you dead set on that date?

I don't know about the deal or how "good" it is, but I had my wedding at Vecoma and it was wonderful

So if you don't go with the "cheap deal" from Vecoma, you might want to check out their normal wedding deals - they're significantly cheaper than many similar venues.

I think I'm going to take a trip and see the venue. How easy is it to get to Atlanta from the venue? I'm going to take a look at the place soon and hopefully everything will be very smooth! I've heard great things about Vecoma so I have my fingers crossed! thanks everyone!
