Trying to NOT melt down :)

I'm having catering issues! I thought that I had found the one, but a week later I had not heard from her. I called her and asked if she had been able to work us up a quote and she acted like she had been waiting to hear from me about some potential probelem with our venue. I believe there may have been a problem between her and the venue before. I'm so frustrated and now me and my mom are worried if this is a sign of things to come. Can anyone recommend a good caterer in the North GA area?

For my rehearsal dinner we are using Bold American catering. The woman we are working with is Amanda Gall (agall@boldamerican.com). She has been very prompt in getting in touch with us (it probably helps that my FMIL is sort of a scary CEO type, but whatever) and getting us everything we have asked for. She is also working very well with our budget. Good luck! That sounds super frustrating.

Here's my advice... don't melt down! People will end up eating at your wedding!

Also, I think you should drop this lady like a rock! The way they communicate with you before the wedding can be as important as showing up day of and making it all happen!

    We love ours so far...

Bold American is the BOMB. Love their food - yumminess.

I agree with PP that you might consider moving on to someone who wants your business enough to work well with other professionals.

I agree with ya'll on dropping this lady. I'm just bummed because she would handle everything and that would have been nice. I think I saw that Bold America online. I'll check these out thanks for the input

Flavorful Events in Cartersville gave me a great menu at a great price. The lady's name is Penni Benford.
