NWR: Need recommendations for a nice romantic dinner for 2

FI's dad and stepmom have done something for me that I can probably never thank them enough for. So I wanted to give them a GC to a nice resturant here in town. I thought about Melting Pot but, FI's dad isn't too crazy about it. Any other suggestions?! I'm willing to spend a pretty penny! Thanks girls!

If they are carnivores, I really like Elway's or Capital Grille. Capital Grille is downtown and would be great for an evening out (plus they have the single greatest wedge salad in the universe!).

Fogo De Chao (all you can eat meats), the Brooker (amazing food!!!) one of my favs, you can eat in an old safe!

I 2nd Fogo de Chao's...great food and atmosphere! I would suggest Ruth's Chris if it were still here but Morton's is always good for steaks.

That salad is no joke. Even if you don't choose Capital Grille, you should let him know about it. And if you ever order it, make sure to split it - enormous. Happy to help
