Need help wordinga contract....

I have run into a miscommunication" with the hotel I booked for my guests.  They do not normally provide transportation, but agreed to shuttle people to and from our wedding site.  They agreed to it again, but this time I am specifically getting it in writing.  (There is also a langauge barrier, as they are foreign.)  Here is what I cam up with- please critique or make suggestions so I knwo I covered my bases.  Thanks!  The managers of the Comfort Suites (Firestone), _____________________________________, agree to provide transportation by van for guests of the McDonald/Bennett wedding who are staying at the afore-mentioned hotel on October 17. 2009.   Transportation will be provided from the Comfort Suites from 3-4 pm to the Bertolin Barn at 11965 Wasatch Rd. Longmont CO.    Transportation will be provided from the Bertolin Barn from 10-11:30 pm back to the Comfort Suites.    We understand that several trips may have to be made depending on the number of guests who wish to utilize this service.     This service will be limited to guests of the Comfort Suites.     We agree to the contract above:     X _________________________________     X _________________________________

The only thing I could think of would be if they are charging your or not. If so, be sure to include the agreed upon price and if not, put that in writing that this will be done for no additional charge or something like that. That's awesome they agreed to do that for you and good call on getting it in writing!

Make sure and put in exactly what time the driver should be at the barn, otherwise it might be taken as any time between 10-11:30. Maybe "Transportation will start at 10pm and will continue until 11:30pm".
